Preparation

Step 1 :

Take a bowl put the pieces of gobi, add salt to taste, turmeric powder, lemon juice, red chilli powder. Mix it well and keep it a side for few minutes.

Step 2 :

For gravy heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped onion, sauté onion until it turn brown in colour, after that add garlic paste, also add ginger paste and sauté it for a minute.

Step 3 :

Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, red chilli powder and sauté it for two minutes on a low flame.

Step 4 :

Now add half a cup of curd and sauté it for a minute. Add marinated gobi and add coriander leaves at last.

Step 5 :

Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
