Preparation

Step 1 :

Peel and chop the mangoes. Put in a blender and puree it.

Step 2 :

Then add milkmaid, milk and cream. Blend for 2 minutes and puree in a bowl.

Step 3 :

Pour into a freezing tray and freeze till half set, take out after 1 hour lightly beat it with a fork and then again keep back to freezer, repeat for about 3 to 4 times.

Step 4 :

And leave it overnight or until set. Scoop the mango ice cream and serve.
