Honey Chilli Potato

Fried Fingerchips with Spicy and Sweet combination. Chinese starter made in Chinese style with bit of Indian Tadka gives you a smooth texture of chilly and sweetness.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut the potatoes in finger chips style and wash them properly.

Step 2 :

Clean it with a towel and in the mean time, Pour oil to fry in Kadhai

Step 3 :

When properly heated, fry the finger chips in the oil until they turn golden color.

Step 4 :

Now take out the finger chips on tissue paper.

Step 5 :

In a pan, add 1/2 tbsp oil, add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and chili flakes.

Step 6 :

Keep stirring for at least 1 minute.

Step 7 :

Switch off the flame and add honey in it and keep stirring.

Step 8 :

Add fried finger chips in it and mix well.

Step 9 :

Garnish with white sesame seeds.
