Red flower in a Yellow Dessert is like a sweet mango custard with a touch of cherries and coconut. A tendering taste that gives you a chilled and smooth feeling in summer. Mango is a delicious king of fruits.

Step 1 :

Chop the mangoes, keep 4 to 5 pieces aside and put the rest in a grinder.

Step 2 :

Add 1/4 cup milk and grind it well. Now add amul mithai mate, more milk in it and blend well.

Step 3 :

Grind well so that no lumps are formed, then add crushed ice and it grind again.

Step 4 :

In a glass, add the chopped mangoes, pour in the mango custard, then add the cherries and coconut powder.

Step 5 :

Garnish with chopped almonds, raisins, coconut powder and a cherry.
