Bagrry's Sprouted Moong Dal and Quinoa Dosa

Dosa are made with fermented batter from rice and dal. With this new recipe and by using Bagrry's Quinoa and Bagrry's Oats along with sprouted Moong dali makes the dosas Low in Fat,high in fibre and protein along with low GI.Now you can have these delicious things as many as you want.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Grind together the moong dal, quinoa and oats along with green chillies, grated ginger, cumin seeds, few coriander leaves and salt into a paste.

Step 2 :

Heat a non-stick pan and prepare Dosa.

Step 3 : Serve with

Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar or coriander chutney.
