Preparation
Step 1 :
Take a pan and add semolina over medium heat. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 2 :
Add desi ghee and saute till it gets roasted and becomes golden in color.
Step 3 :
Add sugar and pineapple in and mix well.
Step 4 :
Add water and yellow food color it.
Step 5 :
Let it cook until the water is evaporate and add dry fruits, stir for 1 minute.
Step 6 :
Remove from heat and let it cool for 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 7 :
Garnish with pineapple chunks and fruits. Serve and enjoy!
