You just can’t have enough of this favourite dish of royalty, whose fragrance and delicate flavours will take you back to memories of your favourite restaurant!

Preparation

Step 1 :

Soak rice for 1/2 hour and wash it.

Step 2 :

Once part cooked strain in a colander and keep aside giving a gentle stir ensuring it is only partially cooked.

Step 3 :

Heat the oil in a pressure cooker, add whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom & cloves). Allow them to sizzle.

Step 4 :

Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add chopped tomatoes, cook till tomatoes get cooked.

Step 6 :

Add salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder and Knorr Chef's Biryani Masala. Cook for a minute.

Step 7 :

Spread rice on top of chicken and heat ghee add turmeric and pore on top of rice. Keep it for dum for 10 minutes.

Step 8 : For Serving

Garnish with Fried onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, rose petals and boiled egg for a restaurant like feel.
