Preparation
Step 1 :
To begin with heat some oil in a large saucepan over low heat.
Step 2 :
To this, add chopped onion and saute. Let it cook for couple of minutes until the onions become soft.
Step 3 :
Now add garlic and spices to it. Stir well and cook for about half a minute.
Step 4 :
Now add pumpkin, potato,veg stock and finally Knorr mixed vegetable soup powder to it.
Step 5 :
Mix well and bring it to boil.
