Preparation

Step 1 : For Cupcake

Take two bowls. In first bowl add all wet ingredients, butter and milkmaid, also add sugar and beat for 4 minutes until fluffy.

Step 2 :

Take all dry ingredients like Wheat flour, maida, baking powder and baking soda & sieve it in the second bowl.

Step 3 :

Mix both dry and wet ingredients gently together in a bowl, donot beat much. Add kesar blanched in milk, kesar pista essence and roasted pista and badam into the batter.

Step 4 :

Mix and pour into cupcake moulds, only uptil half the height of the mould. Bake at 180 degrees C , for 15 minutes.

Step 5 : For Frosting

Melt white chocolate on a double boiler. Take off heat once melted and add rabri to it. When little cool, pour into piping bags and garnish the cupcakes.
