Preparation

Step 1 :

Grate Kadhu into a bowl. Add atta, rice floor, sesame, chopped onion, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, sugar into the same bowl.

Step 2 :

Mix well to make a dough like roti dough. Water in Kadhu should be enough to make dough. If required add little water. If the dough is not consistent to make vada add little rice flour.

Step 3 :

Apply oil on a plastic cover. Take a portion of the mixture and make round by pressing the dough with a hole in center. Heat oil in a kadhai, drop the wada in oil.

Step 4 :

Deep fry the vada till it fries both sides. Repeat with the remaining dough. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
