Preparation

Step 1 :

Mix maida, wheat flour, chopped cabbage, onion, coriander leaves, salt, asafoetida, salt, chilly powder along with water.

Step 2 :

Heat the oil to fry.

Step 3 :

When oil gets heated drop the mixed dough as small pakoras and cook till the oil stop drizzling.

Step 4 :

Serve it hot for evening snack.
