Who doesn't like corn? It's an all time favorite in any form. This recipe of corn paratha will definitely pinch you to try it out as it is extremely delectable and easy to make.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onions, add boiled and roughly grind corn along with grated carrots.

Step 2 :

Add finely chopped green chillies, garam masala, chat masala, grated paneer, finely chopped mint leaves and salt to taste.

Step 3 :

Allow the mixture to cool down completely. Make a dough with wheat flour, water, salt and oil.

Step 4 :

Let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Make a ball of the dough and roll it with the help of dry flour.

Step 5 :

Stuff it with the corn mixture and roll the paratha. On a hot pan, dry roast the paratha for a few seconds and later apply ghee on both sides.

Step 6 :

Yummylicious corn paratha is ready to serve!
