Chocolate Cupcake

Delicious moist chocolate cupcakes made without any mixer or fancy tools.Eat it as it is or with some chocolate ganache or buttercream. Do not over mix and make sure your ingredients are at room temperature. Measure ingredients accurately for best results.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven to 160°C

Step 2 :

In a large mixing bowl, sieve the flour, cocoa,sugar, ,baking soda and salt, now mix the chocolate chip

Step 3 :

In a separate bowl , whisk together the buttermilk,coffee,oil and eggs.

Step 4 :

In the bowl with with wet ingredients dump the dry mixture and just whisk until there are no lumps.

Step 5 :

Prepare your cupcake tins with liners and fill the molds 3/4 way full

Step 6 :

Bake at 160°C for 24 minutes

Step 7 :

Cool them on a wired rack and serve with a delicious buttercream frosting
