Diced onions are pan-fried with spices and crushed tomatoes, which compliments the soft and creamy taste of paneer. Whatever the occasion, pair it with any Indian bread for scrumptious meal. Pleasing to the eyes and the taste buds.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat a pan and pour oil. Once the oil is hot, put bay leaf and green cardamom.

Step 2 :

Add the diced onions and saute until light brown.

Step 3 :

Add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add the tomato puree and saute. Add green chilli.

Step 4 :

Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, black pepper, coriander powder. Mix well and cook until oil starts to separate. On high flame, add fresh cream and mix properly.

Step 5 :

Add diced paneer to the mixture. Simmer the flame and cook for 4 to 5 minutes in steam.

Step 6 :

After 4 to 5 minutes, switch of the flame and transfer the preparation to a serving bowl. Garnish with finely chopped green coriander leaves.
