Preparation

Step 1 :

In a bowl add sugar, butter and cream until light and fluffy.

Step 2 :

Add the flour, nutmeg, salt and vanilla and mix until combined. Transfer the dough to flat surface and make a log, cover it and refrigerate the dough for an hour.

Step 3 :

Cut the dough into thin slice of 1/2 cm width. Bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven for 22 to 25 minutes.once they turn light golden colour it's done.

Step 4 :

Transfer to a cooling rack for 15 to 20 minutes.
