Preparation

Step 1 :

Cook rice and keep aside. Grind all tomatoes and ginger, put oil in a pan, add gram flour in it fry till brown put chill powder, little salt, tomato puree and add vegetables, let the vegetables cook well.

Step 2 :

Then in a pan add oil, cumin seeds, hing and some coriander leaves. Cut 5 to 6 potatoes orally thick. Pork holes in it. Fry deep in a pan till they become soft now remove from pan flatten and fry crispy then add all spices. Kadi rice tuk are ready to serve.
