Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a pan add mustard. Once it splutters add urad dhal and cumin seeds.

Step 2 :

Add chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves, ginger and saute till onion turns brown.

Step 3 :

Once it is done add hing. This gives good aroma.

Step 4 :

Now add cup of crumbled idli and little salt as required.

Step 5 :

Saute till onion mixture blends well with crumbled idli.

Step 6 :

Make sure while sauteing flame should medium or low and keep stirring.

Step 7 :

Once it is done transfer to a bowl .If want garnish with roasted cashews and coriander leaves.
