Preparation

Step 1 :

In 300 ml water, add jaggery boil until jaggery dissolves in water.

Step 2 :

Roast the rava in kadai until brown and the add ghee. Once rava and ghee are mixed properly add jaggery water and cover the kadai with lid.

Step 3 :

After 3 minutes add 30 ml of pineapple syrup and mix it. Slow cook for 5 minutes and serve hot or cold.
