Preparation

Step 1 :

Keep your pie mould or springform cake mould in the refrigerator in high cold setting mode.(Keep it overnight if possible. Chilled mould make the cheesecake perfectly).

Step 2 :

Take 1 small bowl of hot water. Add gelatin or agar powder in it. Dissolve it completely make it cool.

Step 3 :

Take your mixer. Add the grated paneer, condensed milk, cocoa powder, gelatin or agar mix in the mixer jar. mix it completely.

Step 4 :

Take your mould. Fill it with the cheesecake mixture. Keep it in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours(If possible overnight).

Step 5 :

After it is ready, make it out from the mould. Garnish it with choco chips & chocolate syrup.
