Preparation

Step 1 :

Grind the green chillies, mint leaves and coriander Leaves.

Step 2 :

Take the julienned raw mangoes in a bowl, add carrot, raw papaya, grated ginger, chopped garlic, honey, onion, crushed peanuts mix well.

Step 3 :

Now add the grind paste, salt, sugar and soy sauce mix well.

Step 4 :

Garnish with mint leaves.
