Preparation

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, clove, elachi and cinnamon stick mix well.

Step 2 :

Add ginger and garlic crushes in to this, when the raw smell goes add onion.

Step 3 :

When onion become translucent add coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala mix well and add corn, potato and mushroom (chopped in small size) mix thoroughly.

Step 4 :

Add water and salt as required. Boil for 10 minutes when the gravy thickens add fresh cream or milk. Garnish with coriander leaves.
