Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a pad add 2tbsp oil, crackle mustard seeds urad dal.

Step 2 :

Add onions fry for 2mins and then add chopped mushroom, fresh green peas fry for a while.

Step 3 :

Add chilli powder, cubed potatoes. Add salt and fry for 2mins.

Step 4 :

Add chopped coriander leaves and roasted cashews. Switch off the gas and add lemon juice.

Step 5 :

Stuffing is ready to go into the dosa.

Step 6 : Serve with

Prepare crispy dosa and fill the filling. Enjoy with tomato chutney and sambar.
