These laddoos will give you natural sugar and fiber. These are rich source of essential nutrients that will help you to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Preparation

Step 1 :

Dry roast flex seeds, watermelon seeds, poppy seeds for 2 minutes.

Step 2 :

Add 1 teaspoon ghee in same pan and roast cashew nuts and almonds for 2 minutes.

Step 3 :

Cut the dates and remove the seeds, cut figs in small pieces as well.

Step 4 :

Now add all the roasted ingredients, dates and figs in grinder and make a powder.

Step 5 :

Add honey, if you find mixture dry then add ghee.

Step 6 :

Grease your hands with ghee and make laddoos out of the mixture.

Step 7 :

Roll out the laddoos in desiccated coconut powder and coat them fully.

Step 8 :

Keep them in airtight container and enjoy anytime without any guilt.
