Oyster Mushroom Pie

This is a simple yet tasty to prepare pie with mushroom as the core ingredient.

Preparation

Step 1 :

In a pan, add butter, add the chopped onions saute for sometime. Then add the ginger and garlic paste and cook till the raw smell of garlic is gone.

Step 2 :

Add a little herbs, fresh pepper powder and chilli flakes. Then add the chopped oyster mushrooms with salt to taste cook for 5 to 6 minutes.

Step 3 :

Then take a baking tray. Grease properly on all sides. Add the prepared oyster mushrooms mixture. Spread to make a even layer. Then crack open the eggs one by one on the layer just like sunny side up (Do not break or mix the egg yolk with the egg white).

Step 4 :

Sprinkle little salt, pepper powder and chilli flakes. Add the grated cheese to completely cover the layer. Sprinkle some herbs and fresh pepper.

Step 5 :

Bake in pre heated oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 220 degrees till you get some brown patched of cheese layer. Cut into pie shapes and serve hot.
