About the Product
This pure olive oil from the house of VOILA boasts of being made from top-notch ripe olives from the Mediterranean. VOILA Olive Oil "Pure'' Has a lighter taste than extra virgin olive oil. Versatile, ideal for Sautéing, frying, or baking. Olive oil is a fat obtained from the olive (the fruit of Olea europaea; family Oleaceae), a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin. Virgin olive oil comes from virgin oil production only, but is of slightly lower quality, with free acidity of up to 1.5%, and is judged to have a good taste, but may include some sensory defects. Features: Zero Transfat, Zero Cholestrol. Buttery and light olive oil with delicate and mild taste. Quantity: 500 ml (Pet Bottle) Store in cool dark place away from sunlight.
