Cheese Poulet with mushrooms is a luscious and succulent recipe to try. This is my kitchen experiment after tasting different cuisines while travelling in different countries around the world.

Cheese Poulet with Mushrooms
Step 1 :
Cut the boiled potatoes and mushrooms into thin slices. Now assemble the potatoes at the bottom and mushrooms on top, slightly tossed with salt.
Step 2 :
Marinate the chicken as per the section containing all the ingredients.
Step 3 :
Prepare the chicken stuffing and cream sauce with all the ingredients in the section.
Step 4 :
Now, cut the chicken slices diagonally and stuff with the tomato olive mixture.
Step 5 :
Sprinkle the rest of the mixture in the baking tray. Now spread the cream sauce on top of that, and some portion on the chicken breasts.
Step 6 :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 10 minutes and then bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7 :
Take out after 30 minutes and pour the egg cheese mixture on top, and grill for another 10 minutes till the cheese melts and the egg gets baked.
Step 8 :
Now serve the succulent cheesy Poulet with the creamy mushrooms and potatoes, and enjoy with some fresh salad.
