This kulfi is a delicious Bengali sweet of coconut ladoo with jaggery. The main ingredients of the recipe are Coconut, Milk and Jaggery.

Cooking Steps

Narkel Naru Kulfi

Step 1 :

Dry roast the desiccated coconut until it turns fragrant.

Step 2 :

Add milk and bring it to a boil.

Step 3 :

Add two cardamom pods or half a teaspoon of cardamom powder for flavour. (Optional)

Step 4 :

Add 1 cup of Jaggery Powder.

Step 5 :

Continue to heat the mixture in low to medium flame until the milk thickens and the quantity reduces to half.

Step 6 :

When the desired consistency is reached, turn the flame off and let it cool.

Step 7 :

Pour it into popsicle moulds and freeze for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
