This healthy snack has a good amount of protein veggies and vitamins. It's a meal in itself.

Step 1 :

Slice both zucchini and bell peppers.

Step 2 :

Put all vegetables on a griller except lettuce till the vegetables grilled well from both side.

Step 3 :

Soak lettuce in a ice water.

Step 4 :

Divide sub in 2 parts and toast it from inner side.

Step 5 :

On the other hand, grill tuna fish from both side.

Step 6 :

Now start assembling the subwich. First put spread on the lower slice of bread.

Step 7 :

Put chilled iceberg lettuce on the bread.

Step 8 :

Then put slices of tomatoes, pickled onion, cucumbers.

Step 9 :

Place grilled zucchini and bell-peppers on sliced vegetables.

Step 10 :

Place cheese slice on grilled vegetables.

Step 11 :

Last step is to put sandwich spread on inner side of upper bread and place the slice on top.
