Step 1 : To make the dough
Take maida, add 2-3 tablespoon of refined oil to it and 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder.
Step 2 :
Knead it properly with water.
Step 3 :
Allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4 : To make the stuffing
Cut onion and capsicum into thin slices. Keep it aside.
Step 5 :
Now take oil in pan, when it gets hot add mashed boiled potatoes and peas. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6 :
Now add salt, red chilli powder, amchur powder and a little garam masala and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes. The stuffing is ready.
Step 7 : To make the frankie
Make thin chapatis from the dough and semi cooked it.
Step 8 :
First apply mayonnaise on the semi cooked chapati.
Step 9 :
Place the potato stuffing to one side.
Step 10 :
Apply green chutney on the stuffing and add sliced onion and capsicum on it.
Step 11 :
Finally, add grated cheese over it.
Step 12 :
Roll the chapati and put it on the tawa, cook it for 2-3 minutes by applying oil on both sides. The veg cheese frankie is now ready.
