This is an easy to make, refreshing summer time salad.

Step 1 :

Soak kabuli chana overnight in water.

Step 2 :

Next day, boil the chana in a pressure cooker with water and a pinch of salt.

Step 3 :

Chop onion, parsley leaves, watermelon, cucumber and cheese into cubes,

Step 4 :

Add the ingredients in a mixing bowl, including the boiled chana.

Step 5 :

Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, lime juice and 1/2 tsp lemon zest over the salad.

Step 6 :

Toss it well and serve.
