Omelette is always a healthy option for breakfast. Only egg whites have been used in the recipe as have less fat and calories.

Step 1 :

Crack the eggs in a big bowl. Separate egg yolks with help of yolk separator or with simple spoon

Step 2 :

Chop onion and green chilli, keep it separately. Whisk the egg whites well in the bowl.

Step 3 :

Add the onions and green chilli to it.

Step 4 :

Chop the coriander leaves finely and add it to the whisked eggs mixture.

Step 5 :

Add salt and pepper in it. Mix it very well.

Step 6 :

Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in a non stick pan.

Step 7 :

Pour half of the mixture and fry it on both the sides.

Step 8 :

Similarly fry the remaining batter.

Step 9 :

Roll both the omelettes separately. Cut it into pieces and serve it with tomato ketchup.
