This is a simple and easy to make recipe, rich in calcium and protein.

Step 1 :

Dry roast makhana or pop in microwave for a minute till crisp.

Step 2 :

Cool it down and powder it in a mixture.

Step 3 :

Dry roast rice flour for a minute.

Step 4 :

Add all dry ingredients, methi, chilli, paneer and make a firm dough with water.

Step 5 :

Heat a tawa on high flame and reduce to medium heat once hot.

Step 6 :

Make 2 balls with the dough and roll out to make parathas.

Step 7 :

Fry the parathas on the tawa using a little oil.

Step 8 :

Serve hot with curd and green chutney.
