Step 1 :
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute, stirring constantly, until golden in colour.
Step 2 :
Once done, drain out the access oil from the pan and place it on the stove.
Step 3 :
Add 2 tbsp butter. Once melted, add garlic. Cook for 1 ½ minutes or until the butter is infused in the garlic.
Step 4 :
Now, add spring onions to it and let it cook. Later, add rice and stir it well to coat the rice with the ingredients.
Step 5 :
In another vessel, bring water and maggi cubes to a boil. Allow it to dissolve well, now add this broth to the rice and cover it with a lid.
Step 6 :
Bring it to a boil and then immediately turn it to medium low.
Step 7 :
Cook for 15 minutes or until the liquid is entirely absorbed by the rice. Tilt the saucepan to check the same.
Step 8 :
Remove it from stove and allow it to rest for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Step 9 :
Fluff it with fork and transfer it into a plate. Sprinkle it with crispy garlic and serve hot.
