Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add onions, green chilies, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and saute till soft and transparent.

Step 2 :

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and fry for a minute.

Step 3 :

Add chopped tomatoes and salt, fry for 5 minutes or till the tomatoes soften.

Step 4 :

Add maggi coconut milk powder to a vessel of warm water, bring it to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add the fish pieces.

Step 5 :

Simmer for 10-15 minutes or till the fish is done and remove from the stove. Serve hot.
