Step 1 :

Boil the sprouts in salted and turmeric water until soft. Let it cool down.

Step 2 :

Dice the ripe mango and add to a salad bowl.

Step 3 :

Chop the cucumber and coriander leaves and add to the salad bowl.

Step 4 :

Half or slice the cherry tomatoes and throw in the salad bowl.

Step 5 :

Add sprouts, rock salt, black pepper and lemon juice.

Step 6 :

Finely chop the green chilli (optional) and add it to the bowl too.

Step 7 :

Mix everything and serve.
