Step 1 :

Take the mango pulp, sugar and cardamom powder in a pan and place it on the gas to boil.

Step 2 :

After it comes to a boil, cook for 5-8 minutes while you stir continuously.

Step 3 :

Grease a plate or tray with ghee, pour the cooked mango mix into the plate and spread it out like a thin layer.

Step 4 :

Now keep this plate out in the sun to dry. If it’s a rather sunny day the mango papad will be dry and ready by evening itself.

Step 5 :

Once the Mango Papad has dried completely, take it out with a knife.

Step 6 :

You can cut this mango papad as per your desired shape and sizes.
