Directions for use:

• Serum and Lotion - Take a few drops of the lotion or serum on your palm and apply on your face and neck.
• Under Eye Gel Serum - Take some under eye gel serum onto your palms. Gently tap the gel with your fingers around the under-eye area. Let it absorb.

Face Roller -

• For the best results, store the roller in the refrigerator before use.
• Use 2 -3 times a week
• Wash your face, apply your choice of Natural Vibes Oil or Serum, and then start massaging.
• It is advised to start from the bottom of your neck, moving upwards with the bigger side of the roller. Repeat the motion in every area 8-10 times.
• After massaging the neck, continue the broad strokes from the centre of your chin moving diagonally upwards towards your ears. This is where the lymph drains.
• For the forehead, start upward motions from your eyebrows to the hairline.
• You can now massage the rest of your face with the smaller roller starting with the under eye and moving to the nose, and lips, trying to maintain an upward motion.
• The last few strokes need to be from the centre of your forehead towards the temple points for ultimate relaxation.
• Quick Tip - Please don't brush the roller too hard on your face. Gentle pressure will give you better results.
