Daily Staple brings to you Jowar Singoda Bread Mix that makes baking bread easy. Now making bread is easy with these premix ingredients. It is made from natural whole grain jowar and ragi. They are important for their nutritional, essential vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. It makes a wholesome alternative to wheat flour as it is loaded with many health benefits. It makes a healthy breakfast option that is easy to make and is soft and tasty. A great way to kick starts your day.
Jowar, Singoda, Whey Protein Isolate, Milk Solid, Yeast, Baking Soda, Cinnamon, Tukmaria Seeds, Salt.
Per 100 g :-
1. Empty the packet into a bowl. Add 1 cup (250 ml) of milk and mix well with a spatula to make a smooth paste.
2. Transfer the paste to a non-stick loaf pan and cover it with a dome-shaped aluminium foil. Let the paste ferment for 2 hours at around 30° C.
3. Place it in a pre-heated oven at 190° C for 35 minutes or without the aluminium foil in a pre-heated cooker for 20 minutes.
4. Take the pan out and remove the bread and let it cool for 5 minutes.
5. Below 21c or refrigerate.
6. After opening the package, transfer the content to an airtight container and refrigerate.
