This has black coloring on it. soaking it overnight made it turn green. this actually is not urad daal but moong daal painted black. please be aware while buying

Donot buy
After soaking it color faded and it was green moong dal . Be aware it's colored not moong sabut !!!! Not what I expected and paid for .

urad whole dal turns lil greenish after soaking it. so nothing to worry about that .

I was thoroughly disappointed with this product. I noticed green moong coloured with black and mixed with black whole urad. How can big basket deliver spurious products. I'm washing the product and the colour is wearing away. UTTERLY DISGUSTING!!! Do something about this
