Jamun, the black-berries of India. They have a tonne of medicinal and health benefits. In India, we’ve always had Jamun with black salt and other spices. Swa Jamun kalakhatta Syrup uses jamun fruit with a bunch of spices, sugar and black salt. The colour that jamun fruit brings to the drink is what steals the show though.

You can add one part syrup to six parts water and ice to get a lovely Berry lemonade. Do a gin cocktail with Swa Summer Berries syrup, shake it up with any gin of your choice and some lime juice, top it up with soda or sparkling wine. You can also add in a splash of fresh juice if you’d like. Also, make a yummy addition to ice cream or yoghurt, you can also use it for home baking… it will be a divine topping on a cheesecake.
You can add one part Swa Jamun Kalakhatta syrup to six parts of water and ice. Use tonic water or soda for that fancy appeal. Add a bit of any white spirit for that extra kick. And, how about a drizzle of this on shaved ice for a healthy gola at home!
