Preparation

Step 1 :

Cut paneer into thin and long pieces.

Step 2 :

Heat a grill pan and gently brush it with oil.

Step 3 :

Lightly Coat paneer with tandoori masala.

Step 4 :

Grill paneer from both the sides until slightly browned.

Step 5 :

Add quinoa, cherry tomato, grilled paneer, red bell peppers and lettuce in a bowl and mix.

Step 6 :

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl.

Step 7 :

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
