Step 1 :

Semi cook arhar dal/toor dal. Remove extra water and keep for kneading.

Step 2 :

Dry roast flax seeds for 2 minutes till they crackle. Fine grind flax seeds in mixer.

Step 3 :

Mix flax seeds powder in wheat flour. Boil green peas and remove extra water.

Step 4 :

Mash dal and great peas. Mix all ingredients and knead well.

Step 5 :

Cook on tawa like paratha with low oil. Serve with curd.
