It's a healthy and soft cookie with rich coconut flavor and dry fruits...

Steps

Step 1 :

Soak Raisins in vanilla essence and beaten egg for one hour

Step 2 :

Preheat the oven at 180 C (350 F) for 10-15 minutes

Step 3 :

Mix Butter and brown sugar. Set aside

Step 4 :

Mix wheat Flour, salt, cinnamon powder, oatmeal, desiccated coconut powder, baking soda

Step 5 :

Now, in a large bowl blend all the above ingredients with nuts

Step 6 :

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking tray

Step 7 :

Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool for 2 minutes; remove from baking tray to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature

Step 8 :

The cookie dough can be stored in the freezer and be baked whenever needed
