A traditional Kashmiri akhrot and mooli chutney/dip served with almost everything.

Step 1 :

Take a mortar-pestle or an electric chopper/blender.

Step 2 :

Add in chopped radish, finely chopped green chillies, walnuts, 1/8 tsp of sugar, salt, and fresh mint and blend it all together. Pulse it a few times, ensuring it has a coarse & chewy consistency & a little chunky mixture yet smooth enough for a dip.

Step 3 :

Transfer it to a serving platter.

Step 4 :

Add the hung curd to it now and give it all a really good mix.

Step 5 :

Serve it as the most delectable condiment/side dish to your main course meal.
