This is an easy to make soup that boost the immunity system during winters.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Wash, peel and slice carrots. Wash, chop and remove the seeds from the tomatoes.

Step 2 :

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Once it is heated, add carrots, tomatoes and required amount of water to it.

Step 3 :

Cover it with the lid and cook it on medium flame from 2-3 whistles.

Step 4 :

Once cooked, mash the vegetables and make a puree from it.

Step 5 :

Allow it to boil once again and add the corn flour slurry to it.

Step 6 :

Add salt, pepper and toast bread pieces.

Step 7 :

Mix it well and pour it bowls. Serve it hot.
