Delicious Cheese Paratha

This delicious recipe of Cheese paratha is very appetizing, healthy, and super tasty. From children to parents, everyone will love and enjoy this recipe. It is super crispy and cheesy and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner since it is so versatile and kids will enjoy it at school as well.

Step 1 :

Slice your chosen vegetables in the shape as you desire and then wash them.

Step 2 :

Heat a small frying pan on the stove and put some oil in it.

Step 3 :

Add the vegetables to the frying pan,and let them cook for sometime till they are a bit mushy.

Step 4 :

Once the vegetables are cooked, add salt and red chilli powder according to your taste. Keep it aside to cool.

Step 5 :

Till the stuffing is cooling prepare the dough for your parathas.

Step 6 :

Once your stuffing has cooled down, take 2 balls from the dough. Roll the 1st dough ball and keep it aside whereas when you roll the 2nd dough ball apply oil/ghee to it then fold it and then roll it again.

Step 7 :

Apply your stuffing on the 2nd dough ball on which you had applied ghee/oil and then add the cheese slice on the stuffing.

Step 8 :

Then place the 1st rolled dough on this so that you can close it. Stick all the ends by pressing on it.

Step 9 :

Tap gently on the paratha to make it big in shape,dont need to roll it with a rolling pin/chakla since it can tear apart.

Step 10 :

Once your paratha is stuffed with the stuffing put it on the tawa and apply ghee according to choice.

Step 11 :

Once the paratha is crispy, remove it from the tawa and serve it hot with sauce.
