Aloo Mint Paratha is a healthy and easy recipe to cook for breakfast.

Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil the potatoes until soft along with water and salt.

Step 2 :

Knead wheat flour using required amount of water and a pinch of salt.

Step 3 :

Once the dough is ready, divide it into 6-7 equal portions.

Step 4 :

Take out the boiled potatoes from the water. Peel and mash it well.

Step 5 :

To the mashed potatoes, add finely chopped mint leaves, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies and chopped ginger. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 6 :

Roll out the small dough balls into discs using dry wheat flour.

Step 7 :

Take one disc and add a good amount of mixture in it. Fold it to cover the filling.

Step 8 :

Once again using dry wheat flour, roll the disc. Follow the same step for the other dough balls.

Step 9 :

In a heated tawa, add ghee and cook the parathas one by one. Ensure that the parathas are cooked on both sides.

Step 10 :

Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
