Dal Oats Paratha

This recipe is delicious and made with all fresh and super healthy ingredients, you can have this paratha at any time of the day. It is fiber rich and protein packed.

Step 1 :

Mix all the flours and make a soft dough using required amount of water.

Step 2 :

Keep it aside to rest.

Step 3 :

In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil, saute hing, green chillies, onions, ginger and garlic in it.

Step 4 :

Now, add oats powder and toast it for 30 seconds on low flame.

Step 5 :

Add chana dal and the mentioned spices along with salt and 1/2 cup of water. Cover it with a lid.

Step 6 :

Cook it for another 15 minutes on low medium flame.

Step 7 :

Mash it with the help of a spatula and add coriander leaves.

Step 8 :

Make round rotis or any shape of paratha you desire with the rested dough, filled with the prepared dal and oats filling.

Step 9 :

Cook the parathas on the tawa with oil, similar to that of a roti.

Step 10 :

Once it is ready, enjoy it with any sauce of your choice.
