This is sweet and healthy Indian snack recipe. It is a good energy booster. These delicious ladoos can be served as dessert too.

Step 1 :

Dry roast urad dal in a pan till it turns golden brown and crisp. Allow it to cool down to room temperature.

Step 2 :

In the same pan, dry roast cashews and almonds. Keep it aside to cool.

Step 3 :

Take a grinder and separately powder the dry ingredients. Make sure that the dal is ground into a fine powder.

Step 4 :

Take a bowl, add all the powdered ingredients to it, including cardamom powder. Mix powdered sugar and grated jaggery it, as well.

Step 5 :

Mix all the ingredients using your hand, ensure to remove lumps if any. Add finely chopped pistachios to this mixture.

Step 6 :

Now, pour melted ghee into it and mix the mixture. Add ghee till the mixture becomes soft enough to shape it into ladoos.

Step 7 :

Shape this wet mixture into ladoos with the help of your palm. You can store them in air tight containers for a week. The quantity of sugar can be adjusted as per your taste.
