Step 1 :
Take cocoa powder, cornflour in a bowl and add little milk to it. Mix it well and set it aside.
Step 2 :
In a saucepan, add milk and sugar in it. Bring it to a boil.
Step 3 :
Now, add in the cocoa mix and whisk it till it thickens.
Step 4 :
Remove it from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Step 5 :
Pour it into the popsicle mould and freeze it overnight.
Step 6 :
Serve it chilled.
